It will chronicle the simple travels of a Mississippi elementary teacher who loves to…you guessed it!...travel and learn!!
I spend my weekdays for the 36 weeks of the year teaching Intellectually Gifted students. Days are filled with creativity, problem solving, communication, writing, arts integration,.....the fun is endless!! Needless to say, I love my job!
However, in the time I'm not at school I LOVE to learn knew things. I'm a reader, TV channels like the History Channel, National Geographic and TLC are some of my favorites, but most of all I like to travel to learn. Hands-on and first-hand experiences make the most lasting impressions.
This site will always be under construction because I truly am "a life-long learner." I will be adding past travel/learning experiences as I get a chance since I'm just beginning the technological version of my journeys.
